MURAL PHOTO'S The idea of a
historic mural honoring 100
years of logging in Priest
River was conceived nearly
ten years ago by the Priest
River Chamber of Commerce.
When completed, it will span
1,000 feet, one of the
longest murals in the United
States. While it is still a
"work in progress",the mural
project is on the home
stretch.. All the panels
have been painted by the
mural artist Diana Schuppel
and 95 of the 160 panels
that will be needed have
been erected. The original
mural layout was created by
Lynn Guier.
